Step 3: Complete a Customer Set Up Form
If you qualify as a Sales Tax Exempt Business in IA, IN, KY, MN, MS, ND, SD, TX, or WI must provide a signed State Tax Exempt form to Great Northern Equipment to keep on file. Your account will be charged tax until we receive this form.
GNE is registered and authorized to collect and remit sales tax in the following states: IA, IN, KY, MN, MS, ND, SD, TX, and WI. Please refer to the Department of Revenue website links below for further information on sales and use tax and to obtain the proper forms. Once completed, please fax the completed form to 763-428-4821. Or you can mail it to:
